I hope people feel something when they see my art. Whether that be a feeling of loss, a recognizable sensation of pain, sadness, or longing, I hope to create a moment that is both deeply personal and simultaneously ambiguous enough for the viewer to connect with as well.
ABOUT
LINDA WALLENTINE
I’m Linda Wallentine, a writer and artist based in New Jersey with a passion for stories that celebrate culture, creativity, and connection.
For over four years, I worked as an Associate Editor at MunaLuchi Bride, where I wrote and edited more than 500 stories spanning culture, lifestyle, travel, and brand storytelling. From celebrity cover features to original series like The Food Experience and Behind the Brand, I’ve built a career around creating content that is authentic, inclusive, and deeply engaging. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with marketing and design teams on strategic campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and editorial projects that amplify diverse voices.
Now, I’m expanding my creative practice to include both freelance writing services—from travel and lifestyle features to copywriting and editorial support—and my work as a visual artist.
My artwork, often created with oil pastels, gouache, and charcoal, explores the human experience through expressive mark-making and color. Many of my pieces function as intimate self-portraits and visual diaries, reflecting on themes like mental health, resilience, and emotional connection.
Whether through words or images, my goal is the same: to tell stories that resonate, invite connection, and make space for authenticity.
